Aircraft Sourcing
ACC Aviation supports airlines and aircraft investors in sourcing commercial aircraft and engines. Utilising our extensive international presence and vast network, we are uniquely positioned to procure aircraft tailored to our clients’ needs.
Aircraft and engines are typically acquired through one of three avenues:
We guide our clients through these transaction structures, helping them understand their options and identify the right aircraft and transaction counterparties for their requirements.
Operating Lease and Finance Lease
What is an Operating Lease?
Sometimes referred to as a Dry Lease, this process involves operators or lessees entering lease agreements with lessors, affording them the right to utilise aircraft or engines for a set duration in return for monthly lease payments.
What is a Finance Lease?
Similar to an operating lease, however, in a finance lease, title typically transfers from the owner to the operator or lessee at the end of the lease term through the exercise of a purchase option. A finance lease may sometimes be referred to as a lease to purchase.
How can we help?
We guide our clients throughout the entire leasing process. From sourcing aircraft and reviewing initial terms to contract negotiations and delivery oversight, we ensure that our clients’ interests are protected.
Utilising our extensive network and fleet databases, we identify suitable aircraft availability, compare technical conditions, lease rates, and terms, and present tailored choices to our clients. We offer insights into current market lease rates, financing rates, and contractual conditions, empowering our clients to make the right investment decisions.
