A corporate travel management company specialising in the sports industry has a global framework agreement with ACC Aviation to supply and manage its aircraft requirements. The framework agreement covers a variety of sporting bodies, including national team travel.
ACC Aviation was tasked with delivering group air charter solutions for national football teams competing in European and World Cup qualifiers, UEFA Nations League matches, and international friendlies.
The operational challenge required sourcing the right charter aircraft to accommodate varying passenger counts, substantial volumes of personal baggage and team training kit, and strict adherence to the international sports travel guidelines set by UEFA and FIFA.

To ensure the successful operation of each flight, the account manager accompanied the teams throughout the program and coordinated at the airports in line with the team’s expectations and operational brief.
