Following the successful completion of a major cruise itinerary, an international cruise line partnered with ACC Aviation to secure a private corporate air charter.
The objective was to transport 85 of their top executives from Houston (IAH) to Miami (MIA) seamlessly ahead of the busy holiday season.
The primary challenge was to navigate the complexities of air travel during the busy festive season while avoiding the crowded terminals. The executives aimed to celebrate a prosperous year and ensure a safe and timely return home. The cruise line enlisted the services of ACC to organize a complimentary bar and bespoke catering to enhance the overall experience of the executives’ journey and create a festive and enjoyable atmosphere onboard.
ACC Aviation closely coordinated with Breeze Airways to arrange the 106-seat Embraer 190. The private FBO terminal offered passengers a bespoke experience, separate from the crowded main terminals, during the busy festive season, ensuring a smooth transition of executives and also adding an element of exclusivity to their travel experience.
