A total of 14 flights and four helicopter trips were arranged.
Clients were able to fly flexibly in the event of any schedule change.
ACC managed different dietary needs for each flight and for each passenger.
An English singer/songwriter and his band members required private jet and helicopter services to fly them during a three-month music tour in the summer of 2022.
ACC Aviation was tasked to provide multiple air charter solutions across European destinations, such as Greece, Italy, Spain, Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands. Each flight consisted of four to seven passengers with different dietary requirements; some were vegetarian, and some were pescatarian.
On one flight from London to Belgium, the artist and his band members were informed by the venue that they were needed earlier than planned. Flying two hours earlier would mean the crew would exceed their duty time limitation, possibly delaying the flight to the following day or canceling the flight due to aircraft availability.
Leveraging its partner network, ACC worked with multiple operators to provide the most suitable charter solutions throughout the tour; aircraft charter options included Embraer Learjet 45, Learjet 75, an Augusta 109 Helicopter, a Dassault Falcon 900EX, Global 5000, and Citation CJ3.
Throughout the tour, our dedicated account manager was available 24/7 to assist the client in arranging any last-minute requests, and was at the airport during departures to liaise with the operators and ground handling in case of sudden changes in flight schedules. To ensure the flight crew were legal to perform the entire flight without exceeding the allowed hours per day, our account manager rearranged the crew duty time and reduced the ground time.
“We didn’t just look for a signal; we created a private sky-network that moved with the client.”
