With a tightly planned production schedule and multiple stakeholders involved, every stage of the journey required careful coordination to ensure the client could travel efficiently and return home on the same day.
The operation extended well beyond arranging the aircraft. Throughout the day, the account manager coordinated closely with the client’s management team and the production manager, providing real-time updates on the passenger’s movements via a dedicated WhatsApp group.
As the schedule evolved, a last-minute change to the filming location required immediate coordination with the chauffeur to ensure the correct drop-off location was confirmed and shared without delay.
When filming finished earlier than expected, our account manager immediately informed the flight crew so they could facilitate an earlier departure.
While the client was on the ground, our account manager also ensured refreshments were prepared and waiting on board ahead of departure, going the extra mile with a few additional touches to make the return journey even more comfortable.
Our charter team remained in constant communication with all parties throughout the operation, ensuring every element of the journey adapted seamlessly to the client’s changing schedule.
By coordinating closely with the chauffeur, flight crew and airport handling teams, the client was able to arrive at the terminal, walk directly to the waiting aircraft and be airborne within minutes.
